Executive education and strategic briefings
We deliver bespoke and discreet sessions for sport diplomats, executives and institutional leaders but also futur ones. These include crash courses, private briefings and tailored seminars on sport governance, geopolitics, protocol, influence and decision-making.

Mediation and stakeholder engagement
We support situations where interests diverge across federations, clubs, sponsors, public authorities and event partners. Our work can include confidential facilitation, negotiation support, relationship repair and alignment between institutional and commercial stakeholders.

Bid strategy and international positioning
We advise national federations, associations, host cities and public bodies preparing bids for tournaments, events, congresses or leadership positions in international sport. This can include stakeholder mapping, narrative development, diplomatic outreach and coalition-building.

Market entry through Sport
We support sponsors seeking a clearer role in football and other sports environments. Our work includes partnership strategy, rights-holder selection, reputational assessment, message discipline and positioning in sensitive or high-visibility contexts.
The real story behind Switzerland's rise as the world's premier sport governance hub
Swiss SPORTS DIPLOMACY
There is one country in the world that, for better or for worse, is firmly associated with international sport governance. It comes to mind if you were to think about structures such as the International Olympic Committee or the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, but it also hosts countless other international federations for a myriad other sports, associations and organisations that play a very important role in the orderly functioning of sport globally. You would not get any prizes for guessing Switzerland here.
